  1. Quincy Building - creation of a condominium map of the historical Quincy Building on Harrison Avenue, Leadville, CO.
  2. Frontier Environmental Services - field surveying of soil reclamation and river restoration sites including creation of exhibits, cross-sections, and topographic maps.
  3. Evergreen Land Company - field surveying of mining claims, roads, and subdivisions as well as GIS mapping of property and planning/zoning maps.
  4. Lake County Assessor's Office - development and maintenance of a GIS geodatabase, including creation of new zoning layers, parcels, features, and maps for the entire county.
  5. Lake County Office of Emergency Management - development and maintenance of a mapbook with ArcGIS depicting all Lake County roads, addresses, and points of interest.
  6. Lake County Community Park (LCCP) - involved with oversight comittee and land surveying for site layout.
  7. Gore Range Surveying - creation of topographic maps, improvement location certificates, land survey plats, condominium maps, exhibits, and other land survey related documents.

  1. SourceWater Consulting (SWC) - SourceWater Consulting specializes in the analysis, planning, and management of environmental data throughout the State of Colorado. Great Divide Consulting has been contracted to complete surveys of ground water monitoring wells near Poncha Springs, CO for the purpose of ground water modeling/monitoring.
  2. Frontier Environmental Services (FES) - Frontier Environmental Services provides environmental remediation services throughout the State of Colorado and beyond. Great Divide Consulting has been contracted to complete surveys for design purposes for a pond restoration near Fairplay, CO, groundwater remediation in Frisco, CO, and trout habitat creation/stream alteration in Golden, CO.
  3. Eldridge Land Surveying - Eldridge Land Surveying provides eation of topographic maps, improvement location certificates, land survey plats, ALTA Survey Plats, condominium maps, exhibits, and other land survey related documents. Great Divide Consulting has been contracted to complete all of the above.
  4. Salcat Properties (SP) Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) - The SP Phase I ESA provides a summary of recognized environmental conditions (REC) as required by ASTM Standard E1527-00. Great Divide Consulting was contracted through SP to complete the Phase I ESA in leiu of a possible purchase of the property to serve as commercial development.
  5. Salida Public Works Department (SPWD) Phase I ESA - The SPWD Phase I ESA provides a summary of recognized environmental conditions (REC) as required by ASTM Standard E1527-00. Great Divide Consulting was contracted through the SPWD to complete the Phase I ESA in leiu of a possible purchase of the property to serve as hotel.
  6. Trans Moya Aqua (TMA) Global Wind Energy Systems (GWES) Phase I ESA - The TMA GWES Phase I ESA provides a summary of REC as required by the ASTM Standard E1527-00. Great Divide Consulting was contracted through TMA to complete the Phase I ESA in leiu of a possible wind farm installation on the King Ranch outside of Cheyenne, WY.
  7. Parkville Water District (PWD) Phase I ESA - The PWD Phase I ESA provides a summary of REC as required by ASTM Standard E1527-00. Great Divide Consulting was contracted through PWD to complete the Phase I ESA in leiu of a possible purchase of the property to serve as a PWD headquarters.
  8. Upper Arkansas 208 Water Quality Plan - The 208 Water Quality Plan provides a summary of existing information that characterizes the 1) point sources of pollution and the 2) non-point sources of pollution to the drinking water watershed within Lake County. This effort was completed as partial fulfillment of the Section 208 requirements within the Clean Water Act, which promulgates the investigation, evaluation, and assessment of pollution sources within watersheds of variable use within a given county. Great Divide Consulting was contracted through the Upper Arkansas Area Council of Governments to assist in the completion of water quality plans for the counties of Lake, Chaffee, Custer, and Fremont.
  9. Western Control Systems (WCS) - Western Control Systems designs and develops transformers for municipal power stations, private plants, as well as for the Department of Energy in many southwestern states. Great Divide Consulting was contracted through WCS to assist in the production of AutoCAD schematics as well as AutoCAD instruction/standardization for other WCS employees.
  10. Jones Gravel Pit Reclamation Plan - The Jones Gravel Pit Reclamation Plan provides and serves as a research and remediation guide for returning a closed gravel mine within Lake County, Colorado back to it's native condition. The plan was prepared for Climax Molybdenum Compnay as a capstone course in the Environmental Technology program at Colorado Mountain College. The plan is currently being implemented and provides "hands on experience" to surveying, equipment operations, and all natural resource management CMC students.
