GIS Mapping / Cartography
	Preparation of maps and other digital documents using ArcGIS 9.3.1 Scope of services: planning maps, zoning maps, infrastructure maps, location maps, elevations, exhibits, and depiction maps using GPS field surveys and the latest available digital sources (GIS, etc.).

Site / Grading / Landscape Plans
	Preparation of site and grading plans for new homes/buildings/etc. Scope of services: retaining wall/driveway placement, horizontal and vertical home/foundation placement, landscape feature placement, section details, renderings.

Environmental Site Assessment
	Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with current ASTM standards. Scope of services: Site/county research, field research, online research, personal interviews, esa production and recommendations.
