I needed a topo map of my land in Twin Lakes and Chad met with me (and my border collie, in his office!) to discuss it and set up an appointment. I contracted him for the job, which he finished in a timely fashion and throughout was helpful and professional. That was a few years back and currently Chad is assisting me with additional information and referrals I am seeking. He did a fantastic job for me and I highly recommend his services to all!

Chad and his partners at Great Divide have been excellent. Their work is high quality and you are always a priority. They have done mulitple projects for the County and everyone has been done timely and professionally. I would not hesitate in recommending Chad and Great Divide to outside entities.

Chad (Great Divide Consulting) is professional and easy to work with throughout the surveying process. We knew what to expect and Chad exceeded our expectations. He answered questions related to Lake County regulations and told us exactly what he could do so we could make an informed decision before discussing costs. We know that we can count on Great Divide Consulting to be up front, honest and do what they say. Chad and Great Divide Consulting will be first on our list when we have surveying needs in Lake County. Highly recommended.
